Hello Again!

Last week we talked about tracking and how important it is to your business. This week, we continue that trend and cover something called Unique Hits. Hopefully by now, you are tracking your results using a TEToolBox tracking link, as explained in Step 9 of the TrafficLeads2Income 11 Step Success System.

Let’s step back to Step 7 for a moment. For years I have recommended using a rotator for the reasons explained in Step 7. Recently, I switched from my TEToolBox Rotator to a TEToolBox Tracking Link for my TL2I Lead Capture Pages. What advantages did I gain?

A. I can still advertise more than one TrafficLeads2Income Lcp in one link. Right now I am testing 4 pages.

B. I had limited tracking via the TEToolBox Rotator, now I can track unique hits and also actual conversions.

C. I can cloak my ads, in other words, only the tracking link appears in the browser, not the specific page url.

So, I’m sold! I will be revising Step 7 in TrafficLeads2Income to this new way of doing things, so stay tuned!

Now, let’s talk about these unique hits for a moment. Its one thing to see how many hits a certain program delivered to my lead capture page, it’s quite another to see actually how many (or what percent) of unique traffic I received. If you had your choice, on 500 hits from a certain Traffic Exchange, would you rather have 500 people looking at your site or 50. 500 would be a 100% Unique Percentage. 50 would be a 10% Unique Percentage. I have decided, for TrafficExchanges that I recommend in the downline builder, a minimum of 20% Unique Hits in my personal tracking. To that end, I have removed 5 Traffic Exchanges that were performing below this standard. My priority as a mentor is to make sure my recommendations are spot on. If these programs demonstrate improvement, they certainly are welcome back at any time. As a mentor, you should treat your downline builder the same way. Based on your Tracking Results you should have a minimum standard, and post results on your blog. This will really get the attention of the Traffic Exchange Owners, you will know that you are REALLY WATCHING your results. Only settle for the best. You and your team deserve nothing less! Based on my admin recommendations in the downline builder, here are my current tracking results: (TE’s ONLY)

Well, another week has passed and another Blog is upon us. Its also the Eve of the AFC Championship Game, so I have to give the obligatory GO STEELERS!!!!!!!

Part 5 of the video series is ready, we cover Steps 4 – 6…….and show how easy it is to create your TrafficLeads2Income Lead Capture Page:

Several important things to check out in your profile. First off, we had to clear the database of your Affiliate URL Videos. What we need you to do is login to TrafficLeads2Income, and Click on Profile at the top. Scroll down to where it says Affiliate Page Video, and delete the code in the box. Enter your password and Click Update. Now, paste YOUR code in the same box, and update again. Now your affiliate page/sales page can speak personally to your prospects. I think this will definitely help you get more signups!

The next thing to look at in your profile is the addition of TEToolBox Conversion Code. This is the first time we have used the trackers at TEToolBox. Granted, we know that our TEToolBox rotator is a tracker as well. But it does not have the ability to tell you where your signups are coming from. When I wrote the Step 9 Safelist Training, I wanted to introduce the tracking material. The TEToolBox Tracking Link can replace your rotator in Step 7; in fact, in future updates of our program we are going to do just that. Again, I ask you, how valuable would it be to you to see where your list optins are coming from? Well, with the Conversion Code in TEToolBox, you have the ability. See your Profile and Step 9 for more details. The days of guess work are over!

I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season. This is my first regular post since 12/5, so I have lots to share. First off, we add a Facebook Fan Page to the Members Area Home Page. As you recall in Blog Issue 45 we talked about Social Networking; this is another example of it in relation to RobsNetworkers and TrafficLeads2Income. I see RobsNetworkers as the Social Network for TrafficLeads2Income; with Facebook, Skype, Our Forum, and our Conference Room as some of the Social devices we use. The Facebook Fan Page was designed to let TrafficLeads2Income Members show their support for the program. The one thing we need to do more there is post more. Its one thing to say you “Like” something, but it’s even more important to tell people WHY you like it. So log in to your TrafficLeads2Income Backoffice, go to the Facebook Fan Page, and not only show your support of TL2I but tell the world why you support it.

The next thing I would like to mention is the new updated video in Step 7 (Rotator and Downline Builder). The video was produced by Eric Holzwarth of Lucid Leads, and does a great job of showcasing the power of TEToolBox. Step 7 is critical because it gives you the proper use of the rotator and the importance of tracking. The TET Rotator has built in tracking, a very important difference versus other rotators. Also, it is important to note that you want to focus your rotator to either one page or multiple version of one page in order to maximize your results. Advertising multiple programs waters down your results. Your traffic is to important to waste. Using the power of Step 11 to make additional TL2I Lead Capture Pages allows you to have more than one TL2I LCP in your TET Rotator.

The big news this week is that we finally have completed Step 9 (Safelist Training). If you are new to this form of advertising, we recommend that you check it out and layer this into your Traffic Exchange and other areas of  advertising. Safelists can help you build your list just as much as Traffic Exchanges, but you need to have a plan to approach them. Step 9 gives you the plan and also two brand new emails you can go out and use today.
