Don’t get me wrong, the forum is still important, but getting people to use Skype and the Conference Room are the priorities. The more direct contact we have with people, the more we can help and support them, ultimately making everyone more successful!

Recent Changes at TrafficLeads2Income – Steps 2, 10, and your Profile!

First, we begin in your profile. Make sure you have everything updated there. We have added the Social Networks from the downline builder as promised. This includes Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Youtube. Make sure you also update the messenger services that you use, along with your phone number. All of these pieces of information will be shown to your 1st Level Downline in Step 2 (Instead of Step 10). You have the ability, in your profile, to hide your email address and phone number; but how exciting would it be to have a new member email or call you asking for your assistance. Isn’t this what we are here to provide for our teams, support? So go ahead and peek at Step 2 and maybe you’ll know, for the first time, who actually brought you into TrafficLeads2Income. Go ahead and reach out to them for support, if they have not reached out to you in the past or it has been awhile since you have heard from them. We have added Profile fields to the Referral Section, so that you’ll be able to more easily contact your downline. If they added their Phone, Skype, Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Youtube; you will be able to see that as a small icon to the far right of their name. This is all in additionto their email address, which has been there all the time. Between this and Step 2, we are doing all we can to bring upline and downline together!

I have just purchased the JING software, which will allow me to do screen shot videos which are very beneficial in some cases. My fourth video is ready, including screen shots! Check it out on the Channel. Please comment if you like it. Working on Part V, coming soon! Speaking of Youtube, I highly recommend you to use it as well to help brand and define yourself. I have added it to the Profile Area so make sure you fill in your ID there (for your channel), so that your downline can see your work in Step 2 (and video recommendations).

The End of an Era……

As the title of the Blog this week suggests, it is the end of an era of sorts. I’ve been doing a weekly Sunday Night Conference for some time, but it seems this may not be the best day/time to bring everyone together. I will still offer support in the Conference Room Sundays at 9:30pm est, but it won’t be an official conference per se. What I would like to do is try different days and times for meetings (based on my availability); and announce these sessions with at least 24 hours notice (though not always), so that you can let your teams know and plan accordingly. So watch your Email, Social Networks, and Skype for more details.

I have just purchased the JING software, which will allow me to do screen shot videos which are very beneficial in some cases. My fourth video is ready, including screen shots! You can view it here. I have added it to the downline builder so make sure you fill in your ID there (for your channel), so that your downline can see your work (and video recommendations).

While I was on Vacation I had a few ideas on TL2I Enhancements. First off, I want to give you the ability to sort your downline builder entries into the following categories. Traffic Exchange, Safelist, Income Stream/Primary Business, Other. This should help clean up and organize the downline builder. This has now been completed, and is only for upgraded members. Be sure to categorize any entries you added yourself. Also, any blocked entries now display in Red. Thanks to Tim Folke for this great suggestion. Members suggest, TL2I listens!!!

I want to move Step 9 info to Step 10 and open up Step 9 for Safelist Training. The positioning has been taken care of. Step 9 now shows as under construction. Next, I want to move some of the general resources like Youtube, Facebook, etc. to your profile and then show these in the Followup Step. I would also like to show more information about your sponsor there such as their phone number. I get many new members begging for information about their sponsor. My aim is to do everything I can to bring referral and sponsor as close together as possible. Let’s say it together, the fortune is in the followup! Speaking of, we are adding messenger and phone info into the Referral Area as well. More bringing upline and downline together, which is how to build a successful business.
