Yesterday, I had an experience in my current business that I would like to share. It involved a new Viral Mailer owner who came into my Telegram Group and how we interacted and continue to interact. Each action you take creates a decision point for the other party. Each decision the other party makes creates a decision point for you. Great relationships in business and in life are based on trust. We talk all the time about “Know, Like, and Trust” but what does that look like in real life interactions. Do we only ask for things and then not give back in return? Do we keep our promises?
