Plan, Do, Check, Adjust!

PDCA can do a lot for you and your business. This is a basic principle that can that elevate your business.

 

Here is my take.

 

Plan:  Have a daily game plan. Make sure you not only stick to it but put it in writing so that you have complete clarity on what you are trying to do.

Do: Take Action! Make sure the actions you are taking are productive and moving you towards your goal. In marketing, I tell me team to take actions that could lead to a sale. This way, if you have a day where you didn’t have a sale, you can rest assure that you did the right actions and that doing those same actions will eventually lead to a result.

Check: If you are not getting the result you are after day after day, then perhaps it is time to change things up. The definition of insanity you know is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Adjust: Go back to your written plan and make some changes. Consult with someone who is getting results and compare that with your plan. Over time, your plan will evolve, your process will get better, results will happen, and you will flourish!
